Why You Should Read My Blog

Let me start out by saying: This is not a sales pitch. In fact, the motives behind me starting a blog have nothing to do with money.

I started this blog to create a community where Gen Y and other generation could understand each other.

I’ve spent a great deal of time trying to comprehend how people communicate with each other. Of the most interest to me is how Generation Y (which I belong to) communicates with other neighboring generations such as Gen X (born 1966-1981) and the Baby Boomers (born 1946-1965).

Look for a couple of different types of posts:

1. Observations on education, marketing, advertising and communication

2. Profiles of people unique to Gen Y (such as World of Warcraft Gamers)

3. Lifestyle and productivity tips for those in Generation Y

4. Guest posts giving perspectives from other generations

As a disclaimer, I realize that not everyone born in the Generation Y time-period will relate to everything that I write about. However, my goal is to try to capture as much of the behavior, preferences, and overall characteristics that make us unique.
